Go Andre!!!! We love Andre from SUP Connect and want to send him a huge congrats for winning the Orange Bowl 12’6 Open Division in Miami (on a Morrelli & Melvin 12’6) we also want to give him big props for being a SUP Super Hero! He has so much energy and enthusiasm does so much for the sport. If you haven’t checked out SUP Connect you should. “I just won the open sup race at the Orange Bowl in Miami in the 12’6″ division overall over the weekend!!!!
As you all know, my focus has been more on surfing and not racing, so that was quite a surprise, but especially considering some hot shots I was up against from FL and Puerto Rico
plus I had been sleep deprived for nearly a month, had to sleep on the side of the road for a few hours as i drove from Surf Expo to Miami
and had only a couple hours of sleep before the race … I still am not quite sure how I pulled it off but somehow it happened!!!
and I was just eager to share this with my friends.
